Christmas 2007

I hope everyone had a great Christmas this year. For the past 3 years we spent Christmas in New York where we were living so it was really nice to be back in Oregon celebrating the holidays with family. Since we did Thanksgiving with my family, we spent Christmas with Mike's family. It was a blast and I'm sad it's over! Emma was a lot of fun this year even though she is not quite old enough to really appreciate the whole Santa thing. However, it was fun to watch the look on her face when she came out Christmas morning and saw the "Inch-worm Bounce and Go" ride toy that Santa brought her. Christmas is definitely more fun with kids around! I will post some photos when I get some. Our camera, though it takes decent photos, has such a slow shutter speed that I just had my sister-in-law Jillian take some photos. It's so frustrating to push the button to take a photo of Emma with the cutest smile on her face only to have her get up and move before the camera has actually taken the photo! Darn slow shutter speed! So anyway, I got this photo of the snowy, lit up Christmas tree from the Internet. Just wanted you to have something nice to look at : ) Isn't that pretty? When Jillian e-mails me the photos, I'll post one or two. Ok, bye!
