Emma's Language

Emma says the cutest things in her own little way and I have needed to write them down for a long time now! Some of these are spelled phonetically. Enjoy!

bummy= both bunny and bummy

Ceecee= Chelsea

waer= Water

coke= Milk

reeos or reeal= Cereal and Cheerios

Hemma= Emma

Rodows= Rogers

Malmory= Mallory

Googi= Gary (Uncle Gary)

Rena= Grandma Serena

Gegos= Twinkles (meaning stars)

dippy doos= Chips

burday= Birthday

wingy= both swinging and swimming

oh ma = Oh man (sounds like oh man but she leaves off the final "n" sound)

hine= balloon (she insists on calling it hine, don't know why!)

budibun= belly button

beo= bear
see ya wu= See ya later

Those are the ones that come to mind, I'm sure I'll think of more later! Another funny little thing she does is say "le" before each word, as if she were French. Maybe she was supposed to be born into some French family, I don't know but I sure am glad that we got her! Thanks for indulging me in yet another post about my child! She is a big part of my life though :)

She is so adorable. I'm impressed that you can spell them all. You need to write those down in her baby book so you can tell her them when she is older. She will think that is funny.

I love little kid language! I still think my favorite is when Sophia told me to look at her tootsie rolls instead of her tippy toes. I also remember that Rylie used to add a "n" to the end of every word. So funny:0) I love that she says dippy doos instead of chips:0)
