Based on last night's performances, these are my picks for the top 6 boys. The first two are my current favorites. I have to admit though, I kind of forgot to watch American Idol until last night. It has never been part of my normal TV schedule until this season when I decided to include it but then I forgot! Woops! Anyway, I think Jason and David A. are great! I loved the song that Michael sang (Come on baby light my fire), I think he's got potential. I hope to see Luke do better next time. I like his voice, wasn't crazy about the song he chose but I think he has a lot of potential, too. It will be fun to watch the girls tonight. From what little I've watched so far, I like Brooke. I think it was her that I saw singing last week with her guitar, that song by Carole King, Beautiful ("You've got to get up every morning with a smile on your face and show the world all the love in your heart..." I could sing the whole song to you guys!). I love that song and she seems like a natural! We'll see how she measures up tonight! Who do you guys like? Which boy and which girl?

The #1 and #4 guys in your pictures are my favorites from the auditions. However, for some reason, my dvr didn't record American Idol last night even though it was set to--that's the 1st time my dvr has malfunctioned, so hopefully it doesn't do it again. So, I'll just have to rely on the boys recaps during the eliminations to see who I really think did a good job.
David Archaletto was a student at the school I taught at in Utah. He was there when I taught, but for the life of me I can't remember him! But he's in my yearbook. Kinda fun!
